Doors And Knockers Of San Miguel De Allende

I have always been interested in doors and consequently have built quite a few. However, the doors in this town have blown me away. Try picturing walking the narrow, solid walled, coble stone streets of this historic city and the only indication of what lies behind these walls are the doors that invite you in or maybe not. Some are elaborate, some very old and still functioning; some dilapidated but still elegant and attractive, at least to me. So set back and enjoy "The Doors and Knockers of Old San Miguel"

NICE KNOCKERS

The doors and hardware are almost and nice as yours.

Beautiful details make life special..right? That extra time a person takes to make something as simple as a door knocker a personal statement is what makes magic in a setting. Wonderful... I agree it make us stop and wonder what the craftsman was thinking. It reminds me of what you've done at the Holler.

The mixture of cast bronze, carved wood, hammered steel and individual design of the doors say I was here... Remember me. The story these doors could tell if they could talk!
